Dear Parents,

St. Paul Lutheran School is constantly looking for ways that we can better serve you and your children.  To help insure efficient and accurate tuition accounting for you, the School Board has determined that St. Paul Lutheran School will be using the FACTS Management Company to collect our monthly school tuition for the 2009-2010 school year.  FACTS will also conduct our financial needs analysis for awarding St. Paul financial scholarships.  Our research led us to select FACTS Management Company, the leading tuition payment plan provider in the industry, because of their service, features, technology, and security.  They have been in the business for 22 years, are currently serving over 4,000 schools, and over two million families!  We believe this new system will provide significant benefits to you, including convenience, flexibility, and secure on-line access to individual account information 24 hours a day!  You can go to www.factsmgt.com  or call 1-800-624-7092 for further information about FACTS.

Payment Plan through FACTS

This is not a loan program!  You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check.  There are two ways to set up your account:

AUTOMATIC BANK PAYMENT (ACH) - These payments are simply a bank transfer of funds that you have pre-approved from either your checking or savings account on the 5th or the 20th of each month from August through May.  A one-time annual FACTS Enrollment Fee of $41.00 will be deducted from your account prior to the first tuition payment in August.  You enroll in the FACTS Payment Plan online by clicking on the ‘e-Cashier’ link below:

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD PAYMENT Your monthly payment (plus a convenience fee of $2.50 for every $100 of tuition charged) will be automatically charged on the 5th or 20th of each month to your credit card.  AMEX, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted.  Enrollment in this payment method is through a toll free phone call.  The school office has a brochure for you with more information about using your credit card as payment option.

Convenient Online Enrollment

Enrolling is simple and secure.  Be sure to have the following information ready:

  • The name, street address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments
  • Account information for the person responsible for making the payment: bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number.  Most of this information is located on your check.

Note:  To protect your privacy you will be asked to create your own unique FACTS Access Code.  Just be sure it is something that you can easily remember.

Before you click the ‘submit’ button, please carefully read through the Final Review and Terms and Conditions.  Notification confirming your enrollment in a FACTS payment plan through ‘e-Cashier’ will be sent to you after the school enters the net tuition amount due for the year.  Then the annual enrollment fee will be automatically deducted from your account.

Other things you need to know

Once you have a FACTS plan set up, you may contact FACTS directly at 1-800-624-7092 or you may view your agreement online through MyFacts Account.  To access MyFacts just follow the instructions located on the FACTS Confirmation Notification.

You may decide to pay the entire year’s tuition directly to St. Paul Lutheran School via your credit or debit card prior to August 1st.  We will extend a $300 annual tuition discount to you.

The St. Paul Lutheran School $400 Registration fee, $50 school support fee, $50 P.T.L. fee as well as lunch payments, Extended Day Care payments, school uniforms, and supplies will continue to be paid in the school office “as usual”.

You must enroll in a FACTS plan before July 15th in order for the school and the tuition management company to be ready to collect August tuition.  Why not do it today!

Thank you,

Chuck Schiller
